Summer pasture in the forest
Summer pasture is idyllically located far into the forest, with great views! The area has beautiful nature, charming lakes and nice hiking trails. Chances are you will be alone in the area, it is 3 km private gravel road from Bolkesjø.
Summer pasture , or the seteren as it is called elsewhere, consists of a living room and an outbuilding. In The Cottage There is a living room with a wood stove, dining area and armchairs. The kitchen has a propane-powered refrigerator and hotplates. The bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, one with a double bottom bunk. There is a fire pit on the embankment.
There is a simple solar panel, this is only used for lighting and not charging phones, etc. In the outhouse there is firewood, a grill, outdoor furniture and an outdoor toilet. There is no running water, we provide drinking water, washing water can be collected from the stream. If guests need a shower, they can use the new bathroom in the barn at Jonrud.
Summer pasture is available for bookings of a minimum of two nights.
