The Medieval House

Norway's oldest wooden residential building is unique in every way and combines cultural heritage with modern design and comfort.

The Homestead
Price per night from 3000kr +cleaning 1500kr Max. number of people: 12, max. 8/10 adults
The Homestead consists of the Cottage and the Stable. Here you can rent the entire place incl. the sauna for quiet days and fun by the popular swimming and fishing lake Follsjø. Annex available in the summer.

The Cottage
Price per night from 2500kr + utvask 700kr Max. number of people: 8, max. 6 adults
The Cottage on the Jonrud homestead is located by the popular lake Follsjø. It has two bedrooms and an open living/kitchen solution. Annex available in the summer.

The Stable
Price per night from 750kr + cleaning 700kr Max. number of people: 4, max. 2 adults
The Stables on the Jonrud homestead is located by the popular lake Follsjø. The cabin consists of one room with a kitchen, sofa and dining area, sleeping area in the loft.

The Stulen
Price per night from: 800kr + cleaning 700kr Max. number of people: 5
The Stule is idyllically located far into the forest, with a great views! The area has beautiful nature, charming lakes and hiking trails. Chances are you will be all alone in the area.

Glamping
Price per night from: 1500kr + cleaning 700kr Max. number of people: 4, max. 2 adults
Glamping at the water's edge by the popular lake Follsjø. An experience you will remember! Only available for a limited time.

The Stabburet
Price per n:ght from 1500kr + cleaning 700kr Max. number of people: 5, max 4 adults
The Stabbur is part of the farm yard at Nigard Bolkesjø. You will wake up to the historic view from Bolkesjø. The Stabbur beautifully decorated with historic furniture.
Note the following;
The Medieval House, the Homestead, the Cottage and the Stable are available all year round.
The Stule is available all year round, but the road is not always open during wintertime. We may close the booking channels to avoid any problems, please contact us if you are interested and we will provide a live update on the situation :)
The Stabburet is in season from Easter to the end of September.
The Glamping is available from mid-June to mid-August.
