The Crofter's farm

The Crofter's farm is a small cottage farm idyllically located by beautiful Follsjø. It is perfect for gathering your family or friends for quality time and a farm holiday! Follsjø is a popular swimming and fishing lake. There are sheep grazing in the summer and a beautiful flower meadow surrounding the place.

The Crofter's farm consists of The Cottage and The Stable , as well as annex in Stabburet , a barn and sauna in the old pig house. It is a minute's walk down to Follsjø and the popular public beach is also within walking distance.

The Cottage is the main cottage on the site, it was renovated in 2023. It consists of a living room with an open living room and kitchen, sofa, dining table and wood stove. The kitchen has a stove and fridge with freezer. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two family bunk beds. Stabburet The yard is used as an annex, here there are two single beds and a living room.

The Stable is a small and simple cabin. Here there is a living room with kitchen, sofa and dining table. In the kitchen there is a stove with hotplates and refrigerator. Sleeping space on the loft, with 2 x 120 cm mattresses of good quality. Here it is possible for up to 4 people to sleep, including the sofa bed. You can read more about The Stable here .

A new bathroom with shower and toilet is in the barn, as well as a kitchenette for washing up. There is no running water in the other cabins, but they are equipped with a sink. You can read more about the sauna here .

There is a patio with dining area and gas grill. There is a private swimming area right down to the water. Follsjø bathing beach is also a short walk from the site. There is a simple boat that can be used by arrangement. The site is easily accessible along the FV602 and it is a short drive to Blefjell.
